摘要
生态环境是经济发展的基本要素,也是人类赖以生存繁衍的基本条件,但由于种种原因,导致生态破坏,环境污染,使商丘市面临生存与发展的严重威胁.本文从商丘市的实际情况出发,分析了商丘市可持续发展战略中生态环境存在的若干问题,并提出了实施可持续发展战略应采取的若干措施.
After a discussion on the present problems of eco-enironmental construction on municipal virescence, water environment and water ecology, and landscape as well as urban ecological system of quafitity, quality and capacity in Shangqiu, the causes of these problems are analyzed. Measures are put forward, such as understanding the meaning of municipal eco-environmental construction, increasing the environmental protecticon, raising the consciousness of managers and enhancing the municipal eco-systemic construction.
