我国汽车排放控制水平现状及综合对策探析

Current Statue and Counter- Measures of Vehicle Emission Control in China

简述我国汽车燃油质量及汽油车、柴油车的排放控制水平现状,分析并提出为保证我国汽车排放达标,在政府、企业、技术及运用方面应采取的综合对策,尤其对车用柴油机排放控制在设计开发、新技术应用及运用等方面进行了重点描述和探讨。

This paper briefly discusses quality of domestic fuels for vehicles and current emission control level of vehicle powered by gasoline and diesel engines in China. It focuses on comprehensive counter-measures that shall be taken by government, and enterprises, in technology development and application in order to ensure vehicles in China can meet emission requirements, especially some measures and new technology taken in diesel engine development and design.
