摘要 介绍中等缸径高速柴油机曲轴的常用材料及其发展趋势,并就新型非调质结构钢的物理化学性能、锻造及热处理工艺进行比较。高强韧性能非调质结构钢的应用,不仅使曲轴具备良好的可靠性,还简化了热加工工艺流程,较大幅度地降低了材料和制造成本。 The material commonly used for crankshafts of medium-sized, high-speed diesel engines and material developing trend are presented in this paper. Comparison is made between the conventional material and a new micro alloying steel in physical and chemical properties, as well as forging and heat treatment processes. Adopting of the micro alloying steel with high ductility not only improves crankshaft reliability, but also simplifies hot manufacturing process, thus significantly reducing material and production costs.
