摘要
分析了我国公安消防部队在体制、装备、体系、技战术等方面作为应急救援突击队的优势,结合近几年公安消防部队参加抢险救援的情况,探讨了公安消防部队作为应急救援突击队的法律依据,通过对部分国家和地区的消防队灭火及应急救援情况的对比,指出了消防部队作为应急救援突击队是国际通行的作法,并提出了相应的建议。
The advantages of the fire trops as the emergency rescue storm troops have been analyzed from the aspects of the institution ,equipment ,system as well as strategy. Based on the current status of the fire troops taking part in the emergency rescue, the article discussed the law basis of the fire troops working as emergency rescue storm troops. By comparing the fire fighting and emergency rescue conditions in several countries and areas, the article emphasized that it is internationally acceptable to take fire troops asd emergency rescue storm troops. Some related suggestions have been given.
