摘要
①目的探讨恶性肿瘤与糖尿病之间的相关性。②方法分析716例恶性肿瘤病人化疗前、化疗期间、化疗结束后糖尿病的发生情况,并对并发糖尿病病人进行随访。③结果化疗前确诊糖尿病者44例,化疗过程中血糖水平均升高,并且化疗次数越多血糖上升越明显。化疗前无糖尿病者化疗过程出现继发性糖尿病32例,占4.8%。随着病人肿瘤病情的缓解和化疗后时间的延长,病人的糖尿病病情有不同程度的缓解。④结论恶性肿瘤与糖尿病的发病率和治疗过程有密切的相关性。
Objective To explore the correlation between malignant tumors and diabetes mellitus. Methods The incidence of diabetes mellitus was analyzed in 716 cases with malignant tumors. The occurrence of diabetes before, during and after chemotherapy for patients with malignant tumors was observed. Results Diabetes was confirmed in 44 cases before chemotherapy. The blood sugar rose during the treatment and the level increased with the increase number of times of chemotherapy. Secondary diabetes was noted in 44 cases. The diabetes showed somewhat relief with the relief of the tumor and long after chemotherapy. Conclusion There is an intimate relationship between malignant tumor and diabetes mellitus in terms of incidence and chemotherapy.
