摘要
采用人工气室绒毛尿囊膜和尿囊腔两种接种方法制备鸡痘活疫苗,结果表明经尿囊腔接种的结果和经人工气室绒毛尿囊膜接种的结果相同。因此,以尿囊腔接种代替人工气室绒毛尿囊膜接种,可以降低成本,简化工艺。本试验为以后采用机械化接种生产鸡痘苗提供了可靠的数据。
The improvement in technique of producing Fowlpox living vaccine, inoculation-allantocherion infiltration, was described. The results showed that the virus content is ultimately sameness in pathological changes, the early death of chick embryo in the inoculation of allantocherion infiltration decreased 50% compared with traditional artificial air chamber allantocherion inoculation. The chick embryo availability is highly raised. So we can see that the inoculation of allantocherion infiltration can replace the traditional way and bring good economic returns.
