根据洪水灾害成因，提出洪水危险度概念及其计算方法，论述洪水危险度在洪水灾害分析、研究和防洪减灾中的意义和作用。
In terms of the flood causes, this paper proposed the flood risk degree concept and its calculation method, expounds the significance and function in the flood analysis and research as well as flood reduction.
