肝硬化病人血清TGF-α检测及其临床意义 被引量:1

DETECTION OF SERUM TRANSFO RMING GROWTH FACTOR-ALPHA LEVEL IN HEPATOCIRRHOSIS AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 ①目的通过对不同病程肝硬化病人血清转化生长因子α(TGF-α)的检测,探讨TGF-α的变化规律及其与肝功能损害的相关性.②方法采用放射免疫分析法测定了67例肝硬化病人及30例正常对照者血清TGF-α含量,同时检测了各项肝功能指标.③结果肝硬化失代偿期病人血清TGF-α含量明显高于对照组及肝硬化代偿期病人(F=60.259,q=14.419、11.224,P<0.01);肝硬化病人血清TGF-α的变化与谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、清蛋白呈正相关关系(r=0.399~0.699,P<0.05、0.01),而与碱性磷酸酶、谷氨酰转肽酶无关(r=0.052、0.098,P>0.05).④结论血清TGF-α的检测对肝硬化的预后估计具有一定价值,且TGF-α水平与肝功能损害程度相关. Objective To study the relationship between the changes of transforming growth factor-alpha(TGF-α) and liver function damage in different phases of hepatocirrhosis and the clinical significance of TGF-α in patients with different types and phases of hepatocirrhosis. Methods The serum TGF-α level and liver function index were measured by RIA and auto-biochemistry instrument in 67 patients with bepatoeirrhosis. Results The level of serum TGF-α was increased significantly in the group of decompensation stage as compared with the normal control group and compensation stage group (F=60. 259;q =14. 419,11. 224;P〈0.01). The changes of the level of serum TGF-α was positively correlated with the indexes of the liver function such as ALT, AST, andALB(r=0.399-0.699;P〈0.05,0.01),but not with the level of AKP or γ-GT(r=0.052.0.098;P〉0.05). Conclusion The level of serum TGF-α may associate with the prognosis of hepatocirrhosis. The increased level of TGF-α, reflecting the damage of liver function, may provide useful information concerning the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.
