摘要 ①目的建立一种准确可靠的尿液中2,3-吲哚醌浓度的测定方法.②方法原尿用乙酸乙酯提取,提取液挥干后加盐酸溶解后进样,采用高效液相色谱仪检测2,3-吲哚醌的含量.③结果 2,3-吲哚醌在200~5 000 μg/L范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为c=10.52x+129.62,r=0.998 9,最低检测限为10 ng.日内、日间变异系数均≤7%,平均回收率为98.4%.④结论该测定方法准确可靠,可用于尿液中2,3-吲哚醌的含量测定. Objective To establish a reliable method to determine the content of isatin in human urine. Methods The urine was extracted by acetic ether. The extract was dissolved by hydrochloric acid and injected after being volatilized. The content of isatin was determined by HPLC. Results Isatin had good linearity in 200-5000 μg/L and its regression equation was c= 10.52x+129.62, r= 0.998 9. The RSD of inter or intro-day was ≤ 7%. The average recovery was 98.4%. Conclusion HPLC is exact and reliable and can be used to determine the content of isatin in human urine.
