摘要
目的:评价厄贝沙坦片和通心络胶囊联合治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机对照。治疗组30例给予通心络胶囊3粒、每日3次,联合厄贝沙坦片150mg每日1次,对照组31例给予常规强心、利尿、扩血管疗法。4周后评估心力衰竭的主要症状、左室射血分数(LVEF)及毒副作用。结果:两组疗效近似。结论:通心络胶囊加厄贝沙坦片治疗冠心病心力衰竭疗效满意,无明显的毒副作用。
Objective： To evaluate the effect and safety of Irbesartan and Tong-Xin-luo in treating heart failure caused by coronary heart disease. Methods： Random control was conducted. 30 cases were treated by Irbesartan （150mg, per day） and Tong-Xin-luo （3 capsules,three times a day）. 31 cases in the control group were treated by cardiotonic drugs ,diuretic and vasodilator. Evaluations were carried out after 4 weeks after treatment. Results：The effect was not different. Conclusion： The effect of Irbesartan and Tong-Xin-luo in treating heart failure caused by coronary heart disease was satisfactory and no significandy toxic effects.
