关于大学生考试焦虑的调查分析与对策探讨

A discussion on the examination anxiety of college students and countermeasure

考试焦虑是由考试情景引起的神经紧张状况。作为一种消极情绪,考试焦虑严重影响了某些学生在考试中学习成绩的真实性。基于对184名大学生进行的针对考试焦虑状况的问卷调查,分析了大学生产生考试焦虑的原因,并提出了相应的对策。

Examination anxiety is a kind of nerval strain caused by examination situation. As a passive emotion, examination anxiety seriously effects some students on facticity of examination scores. Based on a questionnaire investigation which deals with 184 students,an analysis is given about the cause of examination anxiety,and countermeasure to deal with examination anxiety are also put forward.
