齐美尔论宗教与社会的关系——读《现代人与宗教》

Simmel on relations between religion and society——reading Modern Man and Religion

齐美尔是德国20世纪最重要的思想家之一,他在社会学、宗教学、哲学、美学等多个领域颇有建树。文章以齐美尔的《现代人与宗教》为解读文本,指出他在对传统宗教观批判的基础上,提出从社会关系对宗教成因进行分析的可能性。认为宗教不在社会的彼岸,而存在于社会的关系之中,宗教是社会关系的超越形式。

Achieving great triumph in Sociology, Religious Study, Philosophy, Aesthetics, etc, Simmel was one of the most important German thinker in 20th century. This paper,by studying Simmel＇s Modern ;Man and Religion, points out that the possibility, which he proposed while criticizing traditional religion outlook, of analysis of religion by analyzing social relations, and reaches the conclusion that, as super-form of social relations,religion lies in social relations instead of Faramita.
