随着近几年我国高等教育事业的跨越式发展,高等教育正由原来的“精英式教育”转向“大众化教育”的新阶段,由于在“大众化教育”下毕业生数量的增加,使得毕业生就业市场的竞争越来越激烈,大学生面临的就业压力也越来越大,在这严峻的就业形势下,为进一步做好毕业生的就业工作,全面了解毕业生在求职择业中的意向和心态,使我们有的放矢的进行毕业生就业指导工作,特组织此次问卷调查,为高校正确开展毕业生就业指导和服务工作提供科学的依据。

With the rapid development of higher education in China in recent years, it has changed its direction to a new stage, from＂the elite education＇to＂the masses education＂. In this case, the number of graduates increased greatly. The more the number of graduates increased, the keener they competed with each other when seeking jobs, and as a result, they faced the great job—hunting pressure. In the grim situation, we devised a questionnaire, provided scientific basis for the correct guidance and service of graduates employment,so as to further well—arrange the employment, understand the graduates＇ purpose and attitude completely and have a definite object when carrying out the guidance.
