摘要
近年来,教师教育开始从单纯对教育方法的探讨转向对教师专业化发展的研究。在这一研究中,反思性教学已成为教师教育所关注的核心问题。教师必须在具体的教学环境中不断地进行反思,才能把理论和实践有效地结合起来,才能加强教师专业化,进一步提高专业能力。
In recent years,teacher education has changed its focus from a concern on what to teach and how to teach in terms of contents and methodology to teachers' professional development. Reflective teaching has become the core focus in the field of teacher education. Teachers should reflect constantly in his teaching practice,only in this way theory and practice can be effectively integrated to strengthen teachers' professional development.
