摘要
数控技术被广泛应用在模具零部件的制造中,模具数控编程中工艺编制问题直接影响到零件的加工质量和效率。针对模具数控加工时应考虑的工序、工步的划分和顺序的安排、对刀点的选择、加工路径的确定、以及刀具、切削用量的选用等常见问题加以分析,并探讨了处理这些常见问题的相应对策。
Numerical technology is applied extensively in manufacture of die parts. Technical setting in the programming of numerical control influences processing quality and efficiency of parts. Procedures in numerical control processing of dies, partition of working steps and arrangement of order, selection of feeler position, determination of processing path, and selection of tool and cutting output are analyzed, The corresponding solutions to solve the problems are discussed.
