摘要
针对洗手盆的结构特点,分析了该零件的一模双件拉深成形工艺及其起皱缺陷。运用Dynaform软件完成了洗手盆一模双件拉深工艺的虚拟成形模拟,通过调整板料形状、合理设置拉深筋的尺寸和位置,来获取较理想的结果,避免在成形过程中产生缺陷。
According to the structural characteristics of washing basin, the double-mold deepdrawing technology and its wrinkle of the part are analyzed. The virtual forming simulation of double-mold deep-drawing of the washing basin is conducted by the software Dynaform. Through the adjustment of sheet shape and proper setting of the dimension and position of the drawhead, the ideal result is obtained and the defects are avoided in production.
