基于塑料模具设计的关键技术,介绍了Moldflow/MPICAE解决方案,用实例详述了Moldflow/MPI在注射模具优化设计中的应用。Moldflow/MPI分析结果与实践中采用的方案相似,说明了Moldflow/MPI在注射模具优化设计中结果的可靠性。
Based on the key technology of plastic injection mold design, the solution of Moldflow/MPI CAE is introduced. The application of Moldflow/MPI in optimizing the design of plastic injection mold is elaborated with an instance. The results analyzed by Moldflow/MPI is similar to the solution in practice. It proves that the result of application of Moldflow/MPl in optimizing the design of injection mold is reliable.
