摘要
对过电片冲孔、落料和压弯等成形工艺分析的基础上,提出了该零件采用多工位级进模的冲压方案,并介绍了该零件的冲压成形排样、模具结构;实践表明该模具结构灵活、可靠,并能保证产品质量,对此类零件的模具设计有重要的参考价值。
Based on the analysis of punching, blanking and bending of the electric current piece, a punching solution to apply multi-station progressive die of the part is put forward. The layout and die structure of the part are also introduced. It proves that the die structure is flexible and reliable and guarantees product quality, It has important reference value to die design of this kind of parts
