摘要
随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,高技术企业面临着一场以创新合作为中心的战略调整,而在这一过程中对联盟企业之间冲突的管理就成为保持联盟健康发展的关键。文章在分析了合作创新联盟伙伴之间冲突产生的原因和类型的基础上,结合冲突本身的特点,提出了应对联盟伙伴不同类型冲突的管理策略,并依据我国企业进行合作创新联盟的现状,给出了冲突管理若干策略的建议。
With the acceleration of the world economy unify, the high - technology enterprises must have a strategy regulation with the center of irmovation coopexation. The key of the process cormecting with alliance is based on the conflict management among the enterprises of the alliance. This paper analyzes the causes and type about the conflict among the partners of the alliance. Combining with the characteristics of the conflict , the management tactics according the different types of the companions in the alliance are put forward. After discussing present conditions of the enterprises in our country, the suggestion about conflict management is raised.
