摘要
2001年以来,中国大部分证券公司一直处于亏损的困境之中。究其根源,除了证券公司自身存在的一系列问题外,证券市场外部的制度、环境因素也是造成这种亏损困境的一个重要原因。文章在对影响证券公司经营困境的外部因素进行了问卷调查的基础上,着重分析了6个最重要的外部因素对证券公司亏损困境的影响。
Most of the domestic security companies were exposed to a loss from 2001. Except for some problems of the security companies itself, the exterior factors confronted by security companies are also important reasons. The paper carried on a questionnaire survey about influencing the loss management of security companies, and mainly analyzes the six main exterior factors.
