农用地利用结构变化的影响因子——以徐州市为例

Factors Affecting Changes of Farmland-use Type Conversion——Taking Xuzhou as An Example

基于1990～2000年<徐州市统计年鉴>,建立了农用地利用结构与社会经济数据库,并在统计软件SPSS支持下,建立了多元回归模型,揭示出农用地结构变化与其影响因子之间的定量关系.研究表明,经济发展、消费水平、农业投入、农业结构调整、政策法规在农用地利用类型变化中发挥着重要作用.

Based on Xuzhou annual statistic data in 1990-2000, the database on the farmland-use structure and the relative factors was built. In virtue of SPSS （Statistical Package for the Social Science） software, the quantitative relationship between the relative factors and the farmland-use structure was clearly displayed. The study showed that economic development, consumption level, agricultural investment, agricultural structure adjustment, policy and rule of the law also played an important roles during the farmland-use type conversion.
