在十二烷基磺酸钠分散体系中制备超细Fe_3O_4 被引量:3

摘要 炼钢产生的烟尘,不仅颗粒细小,而且含铁量高,不加处理的排放即造成严重的环境污染,又是资源的一种浪费.为了实现资源综合利用和可持续发展,减少环境污染,应努力将其转化为高附加值的产品.包头钢铁公司的平炉尘主要成分是立方晶系的-γFe2O3,分离提纯后可以作为制备超细铁氧化磁性粉末的原料.加入表面活性剂后,可以降低超微粒子的表面能,减少其团聚倾向,使制备的超细铁氧体磁性粉末颗粒均匀.实验证明,在平炉尘中加入10%的十二烷基磺酸钠分散后,在碱性条件和Fe2+存在下,可以得到粒径更细且均匀的超细Fe3O4粉末. A great deal of smoke and or dust usually with very small paricle sizes and high iron content are produced when steel is manufactured by iron and steel companies ,which if deserted,would result not only in serious enviromental pollution, but also a great waste of natural resources. For the purpose of comprehensively exploiting resources according to the snstanable development strategy and reducing the pollution of the enviroment,we are diligent to convert it into the products of high additional values.The dust of open-hearth furnace by Baotou iron and steel company mainly exits in the form of γ-Fe3O4 with fine particle sizes, and its iron content is high. However, after full seperation and purification, it can be used as the raw material to make the super thin iron oxygen body magnetism powder.With the addition of surface active agents, both the surface energy and the agglomeration of particles with super fine size, as well as the tendency of their reunion, were reduced, thus allowing the supper fine grains to possess even size.The experiments prove that a thinner and even size super thin powder of Fe3O4 can be obtained after the addition of 10 wt% of sodium dodecylle benzene sulfonate to the dust under the alkaline condition with the existence of Fe^2+ .
