环境可靠性实验室能力验证有其特殊性,不能通过中间样品来进行能力验证,应以设备复现和控制环境模拟参数为比对量,对此比对量的量化需要考虑试验设备本身、环境、测量系统等的贡献。本文以冲击台的能力验证为例,介绍了比对参数的量化方法,全面反映了比对参数的情况,体现了能力验证单位的真实能力。这也是国内首次进行冲击试验室能力验证工作。

As to this need to consider the effect of the testing equipment , environment , measuring system , etc. This paper introduces environment reliability Lab of verifying method of experiment＇s capability. It is the ability verification of testing laboratory of the impact that is carried on for the first time at home.
