摘要
本文介绍了最新研制的“JLF-46-01 46道剂量分布仪”基本原理和技术性能;并与美国SUN1170剂量分布测量仪进行了比较,其主要技术指标和性能相同。剂量分布仪综合应用了PIN半导体电离辐射探测,弱电流信号调理,微控制器和计算机等高新技术设计制造。其技术性能达到国外同类产品美国SUN1170的先进水平。且具有测量快速,人机界面友好和操作使用简便等特点。
This paper presents the basic principle and technique functions of the newest instrunent（ Model JLF-46-01 ）. Compared with American SUN1170, its main technique performance and functions are similar.Many new high techniques, such as PINsemiconductor detector of the ionization-radiation, the weak electric current signal adjustment. Micro-Controller and Computer techniques are applied in the manufacture of the immanent. Its technique perfomance attains to international advanced level of the same kind products like American SUN1170.Also it has characteristics of quick-measure, kind man-machine interface, simpleoperation, etc.
