关于玩具燃烧性能试验装置的研制

Studying of flammability testing apparatus of toys

随着国际玩具安全标准(ISO8124)的制订,世界各主要国家和地区的玩具安全标准关于燃烧性能试验的技术要求和指标已逐步趋向一致(除美国标准),但其试验的方法和装置还存在不少区别。本文通过对需要进行燃烧试验的四类玩具产品的具体分析,平衡各项标准要求的共同点和不同点,提出研制通用的玩具燃烧试验装置的初步技术设计方案,其主体结构包括防风换气室、内置式点火器、各种样品架(样品夹)和自动报计时装置。

With the release of the international standard of the Toys Safety（ ISO 8124）, the technical requirements of flammability in the toys safety standards has becoming identical among the main countries. But there are still some differences in the flammability testing apparatus. Based on comprehensive analysis on the four kinds of toy products required for flammability test, the author put forward a primary design of flammability testing apparatus which including windproof air-exchauge room, inner ignition, various kinds of sample shelves（clips） and auto timer and time signal.
