摘要
催化裂化平衡催化剂磁分离工艺应用于中国石油天然气股份有限公司华北石化分公司1 Mt/a催化裂化装置,分离出低磁剂的重金属含量显著下降,微反活性提高5个百分点。低磁剂回注入系统后,催化剂单耗由1.18 kg/t降至0.91 kg/t,装置总转化率提高0.47个百分点,轻质油收率提高0.61个百分点。
The magnetic separation process for FCC equilibrium catalyst (E-cat) was applied in the 20 000 b/d FCC unit of Huabei Petrochemical Company. The heavy metal content of recovered E-cat was greatly reduced and the micro-activity increased by 5 percent points. With the low magnetic E-cat injected to the system, fresh catalyst consumption was reduced from 1. 18 kg/t to 0.91 kg/t, total conversion rate increased by 0.47 percent point, and the light oil yield increased by 0.61 percent point.
