Optimization of the extraction processes for Paeunia lactiflora Pall

目的优选赤芍的提取工艺参数。方法以芍药苷为评价指标,采用正交设计优化提取工艺。结果赤芍最佳提取工艺条件为用10倍量的水提取3次,每次1h。结论该工艺芍药苷得率较高,稳定性好,适合工业生产。

Objective To select the technological parameters for extracting total glucosides of paecny from Paeonia lactiflora Pall. Methods Conditions for the extraction were studied by orthogonal design,and the contents of Paeoniflorin were measured. Results The optimum condition for extracting total glucosides of paecny from Paeonia lactiflora Pall. was to extract twice with 10 times of water,1 hour eachtime.Conclusion The extraction methods showed greater effects on the extraction efficiency of Paeoniflorin.lt is available for industrial production.
