摘要
目的对青霉素发酵罐的接种工艺进行改进.方法打破种罐种子液接种控制在10~15%的传统,接入20%的种罐种子液和10%的发酵至60h的前期发酵液,使总接种量达到30%.结果与结论配合发酵前期工艺优化,可使发酵指数提高10.8%,提炼收率提高0.4%,发酵提炼的生产指数提高11.2%.
Objective To improve the inoculation technique of Penicillin fermenter. Methods Traditional inoculation of Penicillin fermenter used seed broth with a inoculation volume of 10-15 %. Under improved inoculation,this volume was raised to 20% ,at the same time fermentation broth of earlier stage was inoculated and overall inoculation volume were reached to 30%. Results and Conclution Combining the base of optimization of fermentation earlier stage,it showed that fermentation index had increased 10.8 %, refinement yield increased 0.4 %, production index of fermentation and refinement increased 11.2 %.
