摘要
科学发展观的本质是以人为本的,是在唯物辩证法发展观基础上的创新,与马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想中的发展理论一脉相承。它反映了我国新世纪新阶段的时代精神,应成为党领导全国人民进行社会主义现代化建设的指导思想。
The essence of the scientific development view is all done for human beings, it is creativity on the basis of development view of materialist dialectics, and it also comes down in one continuous line with Marx-Leninism and Deng Xiao-ping Theory and the Three Representatives Thought. It reflects essence of age spirit in new century and period, and it should be instructive thought for the Party leading all walks of people to built up socialist modernization.
