摘要
西方政策工具研究经历了一个产生、演化和发展的过程,实践中的政策工具选择呈现出民主化、效率化、科技化、法治化和多元化的发展趋势。研究西方政策工具选择的战略取向,对我国在构建和谐社会的进程中不断实现政策工具选择的有效创新具有有益的启示。
Western policy instrument theory has experienced a process of engendering, evolvement and development,and now the option of it takes on the trends of democratization, efficiency,Science and technology, monocracy and pluralism. At present, the study of this problem is a significant work,giving China many revelations for the choice of policy instruments in the course of building up harmonious society.
