摘要
目的探讨对老年糖尿病患者低血糖反应的护理方法。方法通过回顾分析老年糖尿病患者低血糖反应的特点,提出护理对策。结果37例患者得到及时治疗,病情好转,1例因基础病多伴多脏器功能衰竭,抢救无效死亡。结论老年糖尿病患者发生低血糖反应的临床观察与护理,最重要的在于充分认识到低血糖反应的严重性和危害性,护理过程中,勤巡视病房,密切观察病情变化,同时帮助患者提高识别、处理低血糖反应的能力,是抢救成功的重要保证。
Objective To study the nursing approaches to hypoglycemic reaction in eldedy patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Proposing a set of precautionary procedures by review and analyzing the characteristics af the hypoglycemic reaction in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus,Results 37 patients＇ condition improved after timely treatment. 1 patient died from various underlying diseases with multiple organ failure after salvage attempt failed. Conclusions The awareness of the risk and consequences of hypoglycemic reaction is the most important in clinical observation and nursing of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Frequent rounds to the wards, closely monitoring patients＇ conditions, as well as informative instruction to patients in understanding and managing the illness are critical to the success of the salvage when the hypoglycemia occurs.
