标定方法对称重传感器标定的影响

Influence of calibrating method on weighing senser

称重传感器标定可采用万用表和虚拟仪器(在线)两种方法.实验分别用这两种方法测量数据,使用Matlab进行最小二乘曲线拟合,对拟合结果进行比较,验证了不同标定方式对标定结果的影响,并对传感器标定提出建议,即传感器标定应尽可能在使用环境中在线标定,以减少因标定而产生的误差.

There are two methods to calibrate a weighing sensor. One is using multimeter（on line）, and the other is using virtual instrumentation. Experiments used these methods to calibrate the weighing sensor, and fit the date in a least square sense by using Matlab. The fitting results were compared. The influences of different methods to calibrate are validated. This paper finally gave advice on sensor calibrating （that is, using multimeter on line）, thus to decrease errors.
