摘要
高层或多层混凝土框架结构设计经常会出现高断面的混凝土梁进行结构转换或满足大空间的需求,而且这种混凝土梁的截面尺寸大、跨度长,每米自重往往多达几吨.因此,在施工中必须对模板、支撑进行深化计算并编制周详的施工方案,方可保证生产安全及工程质量.主要介绍了石油大学国际交流中心工程一条距地近25m高、跨度22m、截面尺寸为500mm×1800mm的混凝土梁的施工计算及安全、质量控制等技术问题.另外,由于该梁与柱所用的混凝土强度不一样,故介绍了如何控制梁柱接头处的混凝土施工质量.
Accompanied with the rapid development of the city, the constructional molds and its functions are becoming more various. The need for a larger three-dimensional space is getting bigger. A construction of high-layer or multi-layer concrete shelves is always designed to have a section so as to shift the construction or meet the demands of a bigger space. Because the section of such concrete shelves is large and broad, the average weight of each meter always weighs several tons. Therefore, a thorough and comprehensive design based on deep calculation of template and support is needed so as to ensure security and improve quality. This essay was mainly on the introduction of international office's project of Petroleum University. It was a technological subject that concerned the constructional calculation and control over safety and quality of a concrete shelf that was 25-meter high, with a span of 22 meters and a section of 500 ×1800 mm. Besides, how different the intensity between roofs and poles decided hardly-controlled quality of the concrete in the joints were also introduced.
