宁夏有线电视网络产业化对策探讨

Discussion on industrial development of Ningxia cable TV network

通过对宁夏有线电视网络产业化背景、现状、形势以及业务功能的分析,提出了解决宁夏有线电视网络走向产业化的对策:①遵循市场规律,积极探索新的经营模式———资产经营;②采用现代成熟的技术设备,以低投入占领市场;③大力发展数字电视;④对网络实行统一管理和运营;⑤正确处理好政治属性和经济属性、喉舌功能和产业功能的关系;⑥分阶段适时展开不同规模、不同形式的宣传;⑦将中央及外省节目平台纳入宁夏数字电视平台;⑧开办远程教育.

This paper analyzed the background, present state, condition and service feature of Ningxia Cable TV Network, and brought out countermeasures of the industrial development of Ningxia Cable TV Network, They are as follows： （1）to obey marketing rules, positicely to explore new managing mold--assets managing; （2） to adopt modern technical equipment, therefore to stand in the market with low cost; （3）largely to develop digital TV; （4）to apply united management and operation to the network; （5） properly to deal with the political and economic problems, and the relationship between function and industrial function; （6） to start different forms of propaganda in different periods; （7） to add the CCTV and other provincial TV programs to Ningxia digital TV platform; and （8） to start long-distance education.
