Through analyzing the domestic and international present condition of water supplying development, the paper pointed out the different quality water supplying system was the inevitable trend for modern cities. Based on the condition and problems of Yinchuan City on water supply, the paper expounded the meaning and necessities and possibilities of supplying water according to its quality. This paper also discussed choice of water-supplying mold, water qualily standard, water-consuming standard and management of the new water-supplying system. Finally, it provided Yinchuan City with theoretical reference to the new system.
