摘要
通过问卷方式调查大学新生社交礼仪的现状,并运用调查数据分析其形成原因,指出在大学新生中开展系统的社交礼仪教育的必要性及教育中应注意的几个问题。
In order to survey the present situations of freshmen＇s social manners by questionnaires, and then analyze the reasons for the situations on the basis of collected data, the paper points out the necessity of teaching freshmen to follow systematic social manners and some questions to which we should pay attention in the process.
