摘要
用人单位在招聘员工时,通常只是对众多的应聘人员进行简单的考察.因受各种主客观因素的影响,对应聘人员的评价难免有失公正.我们建立了相应的人才评估模型,并用遗传算法对其求解,得出了较满意的结果.
The employers of the check out the brief information of the applicants. The evaluation of the applicants may be less of justice because of some subjective and objective factors. We put forward analyzing modle of talent estimating. At last the experimentation show that the Genetic algorithm is efficient.
