摘要
在全国交通事故死亡人数中,饮酒驾车而造成的占有相当比例.针对饮酒方式的不同,本文将饮酒过程分成快速饮酒、某时间段内匀速饮酒和周期饮酒3种形式来讨论,分别建立了一室快速饮酒、二室匀速饮酒以及周期饮酒3种系统药物动力学数学模型,并运用非线性最小二乘法进行数据拟合得到相关参数,从而得到了血液中酒精含量与时间的函数关系.
Among victims in traffic accidents, a great amout of them had druck much. According to the different ways of drinking , this paper distinguished them into 3 mathematic models of pharmacokinetics : one - compartment model fast drinking, tow- compartment model uniform drinking and the periodic drinking. At the same time, this paper obtained correlated data by data fitting on method of nonlinear least squares and made out the function relation between drinking time and alcohole amout in blood.
