光谱估计方法FAT的强度修正及品质因子

Intensity Correction and Quality Factor of FAT

对作者早先提出的光谱估算方法FAT作进一步探讨，提出利用退卷积技术实现光谱线型优化从而修正估计谱相对强度的方法，同时还提出了反映线型优化度及估计谱可靠性的品质因子的概念。

In this paper, further disscussion about the FAT -a new spectral estimating method proposed by the authors, is offered and a method to correct the relative intensity is presented. An algorithm of quality factor is also proposed to judge the spectral line shape optimization and the estimated spectra.
