摘要
本文对呼伦贝尔草原野生黄花苜蓿种子的形态特征、萌发特性、硬实特性、吸水规律进行了观察和研究。结果表明:野生黄花苜蓿种子具有较高的硬实特性,其硬实率高达83%:机械处理能够较好的破除硬实,处理后种子发芽率可提高81.45%。黄花苜蓿种子萌发的适宜温度为15℃～25℃,最低温度15℃,最高温度30℃。
The seed morphological teatures, germination features, water absorption regulation were studiea, The results showed that the seed of wild Medicago falcata were much stronger in hard seed character, its hard seed rate was 83%. Mechanical damage can break hard seed and hasten germination, after manipulation of seeds the germination percent was increased to 81.45%. The optimal temperature was 15℃ ～ 25℃, the lowest temperature was 15℃, the highest temperature was 30℃.
