摘要
本文就沙米中人体所需要的营养成分及其SOD、绿原酸、皂甙、异黄酮、生物碱等生物活性成分进行了初步分析。结果表明,沙米是1种天然功能性食品。
An analysis on the general nutrients as well as physiological active compounds such as SOD, Chlorogenic acid, saponin, Isoflavome and alkalaid of the seed of Agriopllyllum squarrosum was conducted. The results showed that Agriopllyllum squarrosum could be a kind of natural functional food.
