摘要 对基于加工特征表示的工件模型进行串化处理,形成工件的基于加工特征表示的工件串,并令其与现有的串行加工工艺过程进行可加工性比较,通过判断两者对应子项(工件特征与加工操作)的加工兼容性,来判断现有工艺过程是否能够加工新引入的工件. In this paper, we present an approach for geometric analysis method of machinability for feature- based workpiece. This approach finds all the sequences in which a set of features of workpiece can be machined, and compare every sequence with process. In the mean time, this approach can determine the machinability of process by determining the machinability of every operation in process to it's corresponding intermediate workpiece in a sequence.
