摘要
为有效回收保险粉尾气中的SO2和甲醇,降低原料消耗,提高经济效益,保护环境,对尾气系统的工艺进行技术改进,采用二级醇洗和优化填料类型等措施,使二氧化硫和甲醇消耗大幅降低,放空尾气中SO2达标排放,完善了保险粉清洁工艺装置。
This paper presents a technical improvement on exhaust gas treatment process for the production of sodium hydrosulfite based on the understanding and analysis of the whole producing processes. Through the development in technical process,sulphur dioxide in exhaust gas is absorbed to reach its depositing standard. Subsequently,the actual producing surroundings are improved,the consumption of raw materials is reduced, and the overall economic benefit is finally increased.
