以人为本、构建社会主义和谐校园是高校全面树立和落实科学发展观的一项重大而紧迫的战略任务。高校要进一步加强民主政治建设,以促进教育事业发展为中心任务,依法治校、强化管理、健全运行机制,全心全意依靠广大教职工“办让人民满意的教育”,努力实现高校持续、稳定、健康地发展。

People-oriented and construction of a harmonious and socialist campus is an important and emergent strategic duty for higher schools to set and carry out views of scientific development. Higher schools must further strengthen the construction of democracy to put forward the key duty of educational development; manage a school under the authority of the law; consolidate the management; perfect operational mechanism; offer satisfactory education relying on great teachers; and make efforts to make lasting, stable and healthy development of higher schools.
