摘要 中长跑是对速度和耐力要求都较高的项目。在中长跑的训练中,训练的不仅是身体素质,还有拼搏精神和顽强不屈的意志,为此,要采用“多元性”的训练方法,尽量避免运动员的厌恶情绪,使他们能够在兴奋的新环境下达到训练的目的。还要注意培养运动员的思想意识,使他们意志坚强,有毅力,这有利于运动员冲破“极限”提高成绩。 Middle-distance-race is an item which needs high requirement on both speed and resistance, so it trains not only the player's body but also his sprit for struggle and brawniness. Therefore, we should avoid player's tired emotion with multi-training-method, and achieve the target under the new exciting environment. Furthermore,we still should pay attention to make player decisive and brawny, which is in favor of he to break through his won utmost and create excellent success.
