加入WTO与重庆教育服务贸易的发展对策研究

China's Entrance into WTO and Research on Developing Countermeasures of Educational Outreach Trade in Chongqing

本文指出了教育服务贸易的范围、四种提供方式(境外支付、跨国消费、商业存在、自然人流动)及我国加入W TO后对教育服务贸易的承诺,对入世以来重庆市教育服务贸易的发展概况进行了分析,指出了当前重庆市教育服务贸易存在的问题,并提出了加快发展重庆市教育服务贸易的思考对策。

This paper points out the scope and four providing ways of educational outreach trade - payment beyond the borders, transnational consumption, business existence and natural person flow, and our country＇s commitment after its entrance into WTO, analyzes the developing situation of educational outreach trade in Chongqing since China＇s entrance into WTO, points out its existing problems and puts forward thinking countermeasures to make it developed quickly.
