维生素D及其类似物预防跌倒和降低骨质疏松性骨折的作用 被引量:5

摘要 老年人由于下肢神经肌肉功能下降,反应性和平衡能力减低,易发生跌倒,导致骨折。本文阐述了老年人跌倒的相关因素和髋部骨折的危险性,重点分析了维生素D和肌力的关系,补充维生素D能有效减少跌倒的发生。同时综述了维生素D和活性维生素D预防骨质疏松性骨折的作用。
