摘要
目的:测定树舌多糖中中性糖及糖醛酸的含量。方法:采用分光光度法,以葡萄糖为对照品测定中性糖的含量,以葡萄糖醛酸为对照品测定糖醛酸的含量。采用模拟的方法,考察了中性糖及糖醛酸测定时相互间影响。结果:方法筒便、可靠,可用于树舌多糖的质量控制。结论:中性糖、糖醛酸相互间有影响,测定时含量增加,总增加量小于5%。
Objective :To determined the contents of neutral saccharide and uronic acid in polysaccharide of Ganoderma applanatum. Methods:The contents of neutral saccharide were determined by spectrophotometer with glucose as standard, the contents of uronic acid were determined by spectrophotometer with glucuronic acid as standard, the affecting between neutral saccharide and uronic acid was investigated by simulative methods. Results : Th analyses were simple, accurate and could be used for controlling the quality of polysaccharides of Ganoderma applanatum. Conclusion : Flavone affects the dederminaton of hydroxybenzene acid, modify coefficients is 0.91.
