Determination of Quality Standard of Dictamnus Dasycarpus

目的:为中药白鲜皮制定2005年版药典标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别、反相高效液相色谱法测定白鲜皮中活性成分木岑酮含量,并对各地产白鲜皮药材的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物含量进行测定。结论:本方法操作简单,重现性好,可用于白鲜皮药材的质量控制。

Objective ：To study the quality control method of Cortex Dictamni. Method ：To determine the control of fraxinellone which is the active substance in Cortex Dictamni by reversed-phase HPLC. A series of experiments were performed to study the moisture, the ash, the acid-insoluble ash, the control of the extractum and the TLC diagnosis of Cortex Dictamni according to Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion ： The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and it has a good reproducibility, which can provide a reliable reference for the standard of Cortex Dictamni quality control.
