摘要
目的:观察清热利湿中药对肝细胞膜ATP酶活性的影响。探讨其防治结石形成的机理。方法:采用肝脏原位灌注消化法体外培养大鼠肝细胞,以及血清药理学方法,测定肝细胞膜Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase、Na+-K+-ATPase的活性。结果:10倍量和20倍量载药(清热利湿中药)血清能提高炎性细胞因子刺激后Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase、Na+-K+-ATPase活性。结论:清热利湿中药可能是通过提高肝细胞膜ATP酶活性,减轻细胞内钙超载,降低胆汁的成石倾向。
Objective ：To observe the effect of QingReLiShi herbs to the activity of ATPase of liver cell membrane, to evaluate the pathogenesis of preventing the formation of pigment stones. Methods ： We adopt the rat hepatic cells by using primary lives infusion method and serum pharmacology method, determine th activity of Ca^2＋ - Mg^2＋ - ATPase and Na^＋ - K^＋ -ATPase of liver cell membrane. Results：lO times and 20 times dose herb serum can improve the activity of Ca^2＋ - Mg^2＋ - ATPase and Na^＋ - K^＋ - ATPase after the incetive of the inflammatory factors. Conclusion ：QingReLiShi herbs decreased the tendency of glasstone by increasing the activity of ATPase of liver cell membrance, relieving calcium overload in cells possibly.
